Hi, I have one of the old talk talk routers (the DSL 3782 model) and I would like to upgrade for one of the current talk talk routers that new clients get since it has faster ethernet ports.

 

How can I request for my router to be upgraded to the current model?

You would need to contact the Loyalty dept on 0345 1725157 & discuss it with them.
