Upgrade to Faster Fibre

Have just upgraded to faster Fibre. It seems that my unlimited calls boost and International saver boost have been removed. My go live date is 11th March so I am without the benefit of these call boosts for 11 days until the boosts are re-activated.

 

Why can't TalkTalk cary over these boosts until the upgraded package goes live

Thanks for your post, Sorry that you are unhappy. 

 

I've checked your account and the unlimited calls boost is still active, unfortunately the international saver will need to wait for the fibre order to go live on the 11th.
