Just remember that you need to be within 90 days of the end of your contract to avoid admin charges for package changes/renewals and check there are no set up fees for upgrading.
Early termination fees apply if you leave while within the minimum term of your contract.

You need to check what is available for your line and proactively contact them on 03451 720046, @Ianel.
Ask to speak to the LOYALTY team.
New routers are only sent out when the current one may be faulty, not routinely on renewal.
Phoning or Chat will get you a better deal, usually, than "offers and upgrades" in My Account.
Lines are open 9am-7pm on weekdays for phone support, till 9pm using Chat.
