Upgraded fibre but not yet received email RE Amazon Echo claim

Hi there, I Upgraded on the 7th April but have not yet received the email for me to claim my echo or ring camera. Can you please look in to this?

Hi again, I still haven't heard anything. Can you please let me know what progress has been made?

 

It's starting to look a bit like false advertising...I can see in the forum that many others are having the same problem.
