My existing Fibre 35 contract runs out in a couple of days and I was going to upgrade to Fibre 65. On the page confirming the upgrade it says I'll be charged £9.95 for the post and packing of of a Wi Fi Hub black, I already use this router with my fibre 35. Has this router changed or am I being charged and sent a new router for no reason.

Thanks for your help. They have to send out a new router as part of the order (sounds a bit wasteful), but they've credited me with the cost of the post and packaging.

It is not needed, it is exactly the same as your current router. Try contacting the Loyalty Dept (0345 1725157) & say that you do not need it.
