I have been working from home since last spring and a couple of days ago I was unable to carry out my work due to very slow broadband upload speed - less than 1 Mb/s (comes in at 0.88). This has not happened before and my IT department has confirmed it would be an issue with the internet provider - ie TalkTalk. I live in the postcode area of BT9 in Belfast.

What product do you have ?
1. Reboot your router.
2. If that does not work, leave it off for 30 minutes to start a new session.
3. Update your community profile with your landline number so staff can identify your account.
