Uswitch, not connected

I went through uswitch for Fibre35 broadband & tv package, plus discount offer of Nowtv for 12 months, not received the offer via email,and my broadband and phone are disconnected they haven’t gone Live when they were supposed to Today.

 

No phone to call customer service and the web chat is offline, very frustrating, I will be contacting offcom via email

I am not certain that OFCOM regulates uSwitch, and they don't regulate TT either, it is https://www.cedr.com/consumer/cisas/  (but then again I could be wrong).
