After a year of not having a problem my work VPN won't connect today, I've reset the router, I can connect when tethered via a phone but not over wifi or ethernet cable on the talk talk modem. Please advise a solution.

Ok, you do have the Sagemcom router, but that is not the latest version of firmware (it is firmware SG4K100130 that has only just been released that has recently caused a few issues with VPN connectivity).
The staff here on the community should hopefully be able to respond tomorrow to help with this.

Do you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub ?
If so, if you go to http://192.168.1.1/ and look at the 'version' towards the bottom of the screen is it SG4K100130 ?
What VPN software are you trying to use, is it the built in Windows 10/11 VPN ?
