hi, my vpn is not working. I have been made aware it is my router causing the issue and require a replacement/new router. been working from home since december and have been unable to connect to works vpn. tried countless times on the phone to get a resolution.

Hi Debbie I have now done this. also just to confirm I have amended my security setting on my account so that is not the problem. (did this several weeks ago)
