VPN suddenly not working using Sagecom FAST5364-3.T8 Router using firmware version SG4K100130

Hi,

 

My VPN has stopped working today using the router and firmware mentioned in the title.

 

I am still able to connect to the VPN through my mobile network using a personal hotspot.

 

I have also connected an old Sagecom FAST5364-3.T8 router which is currently running firmware version SG4K10002816t and the VPN is working fine.

 

I have noticed that a number of other customers have had similar issues with SG4K100130 and I am concerned that the old router will eventually update to the latest firmware and I will have the same issue connecting to my VPN.

 

Do I need a different router? If so, could you please send one out.
