Dear Sir/Madam
I am having a great nightmares with my internet connection, it is very slow and lots disconnections, packets lost, it will get worst after the 3 to 4 minutes, Status: Poor around 7 Mbps and 5 Mbps even at 5:00 am, can't even do a simple tasks, need to re-boot the router each time.
I have a spent nearly a day in Chat room,and get network issues disconnection while there too.
After all the tests done, the conclusion is below
"Slower or similar speeds could indicate a fault with the wiring outside of your home"
Can you please get and engineer to check the cabling ASAP from outside and inside including the wall socket.
