Very slow speed

Can someone please have a look at my line?

 

I’ve been getting only 14mbps recently out of the 32mbps guaranteed.

I’ve tried everything (i.e. replace router cable, connect the router to the test master socket, change wifi channels) and nothing seems to work.

 

Is it possible that I need a new router?

 

I really don’t know what else to try - WFH has become a nightmare!
