Hi hosay299,

I've passed your feedback on the relevant team and they will look into this in regards to future improvements to the speed tester.

Thanks

Hi hosay299,

Are you running the speed tester when logged into My Account?

Thanks

Hmm i see what you mean @TheHornedOne the throughput speed is shown in the hub settings as 80 mbps althouh the hub graphic only shows 3 reference points so not really like for like .

You will also notice @skygrowler, that unlike my throughput data, you, and hosay299, have no figure logged against the router .....

Screen Shot 2019-01-08 at 07.01.39.pngScreen Shot 2019-01-08 at 07.01.39.png

......... but then, you've 'gone fibre', haven't you; an anomaly which I drew attention to in a previous post, and, were you logged-in to My Account when you ran the test, I was.

Are these salient factors?

I totally agree with you @hosay299. I would expect "everything is fine," or "there is a problem." But "not enough data" what on earth does that even mean, something wrong with the checker?

@Michelle-TalkTalk Just bite odd as when i was on normal broadband it would say somthing like ur speed is good type thing or ur speed is slow message.

just would think it would be a bite better if it ment somthing or said somthing better as mine shows the  bite under the the spee to your device

why can not not say somthing different as why say what it does all the time???

Hi hosay299,

The message is dependent upon the test results. Apologies if I've misunderstood what you meant. Are you experiencing any issues with your connection at the moment?

Thanks
