WTF is happening, an hour each time disconnected!

It's very funny I tell ye, they describe it as 'superpowered', more like sh*tpowered... I've checked outage areas, my area isn't listed, so I've no idea, and this is happening almost daily now, with this constant bronze light nonsense, and consistently always an hour!

 

Goddamn TT is the absolute worst... previous ISP had disconnections of at best five minutes...

Please try the steps below to disable scam protection on your line:

Log into
MyAccount
then select...
My Services
followed by
View HomeSafe settings

Choose OFF and confirm when you see the pop up window

This should help with access to video conferencing etc.

 

ALSO JUST CHECK THAT THERE IS NO CHILD PROTECTION to stop them / prevent them from becoming square eyed.
