Waiting 2 months so far for Fibre35

Hi,

 

In April, I purchased the Fibre35 plan, the confirmed date kept getting delayed and was finally set to 21st April, it has now been almost 2 months and I still have not recieved Fibre. My current plan is not sufficient for the things I need it for.#

 

Any help appreciated.

I will ask our provisioning team to check for an update, the order shows further work is required by Openreach to provide Fibre.
