Since moving home the service centre says: We have not been able to identify your router or its software version.
I have noticed my wifi dropping out and wondering if this is caused by the router potentially having out of date software

I'm sorry to hear this.
Please can you factory reset your router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds, I can then try and connect to your router.
