Renewed my fast broadband in Feb as the fibre cabinet was in high demand, I was advised that I could upgrade to fibre when it was available. Just phoned talk talk to upgrade from standard broadband to fibre as openreach now says there is capacity, advisor came back saying I could upgrade but I would have to pay to break my contract even though I would be staying with talk talk (for a bit longer) and paying the same! Madness!
