Went Live but no router received (yet!)

Hi

 

As the subject says, went live on FTTP yesterday but still no router. I'm only online after you cut off the FTTC because I plugged the ethernet cable into the wall mounted box.

 

Anyway, can any TT staffers confirm if a router has been sent/will be sent? The OR installer was a bit surprised nothing was received here.

 

Nothing ever flows smoothly in the land of TalkTalk. 😏

 

Anyway, so far...speeds are great! 👍

The Future Fibre Team will be able to send you a returns bag, you should receive a returns bag with the new router.

I was using the HG633 which according to Openreach, won't work with Future Fibre (also lack of WAN port). Speaking of which, what should I do with it? Return or recycle? I have two of them.

 

The Welcome email did say a Wifi Hub would be sent out. Just wondering where it is. 🙂
