Hello yesterday i chat with mr Mbalenhle and I booked a engineer for my disconnecting broadband and I said after 2pm so he said window is from 1 - 6pm but he will leave a note for him to come after 2pm then i get a text message booking is from 8 - 1am so I ask him again to book after 2pm he said it's just automatic message dont worries, guess who call me today 10:30am yes a engineer, what is wrong with you guys ?

Nope thank you I explain engineer everything and he came yesterday after 2pm
