Hi Talktalk, I could not able to make whatsapp calls(verbal and video) calls through talktalk wifi router, is there any issues with talktalk networking.., it is impacting massively.., need help asap on this issue.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I can see that you are using the Huawei WIFI hub. Please can you factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and then retest?

If you have the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub you'll need to set the firewall security setting to Medium if it's currently set on High. Or do a factory reset.
If you have KidsSafe active in your customer MyAccount then just check that is not set to block Social media.
If the issue has just happened and the app has just stopped working I'd suspect the issue will be fixed by resetting the Hub firewall.
