I renewed my broadband and telephone mid April and haven’t received the free Ring camera voucher. Please let me know what's happening.
And where is your proper support, it's not right that I have to post this question in a forum open to everyone for a private matter to do with my account.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
