Since receiving a new Sagem-Fast 5364 router in February my wi-fi signal has always fluctuated and I never have a full signal. The problem is more prevalent now. This never happened with my previous router which I was told was not suitable for Fibre 35. Do I have a faulty router?

I have switched the WIFI optimisation off. Please can you try a few different wireless channels to see how the connection compares?
