Wi fi hub not working

Hi, the wifi  hub that I received in November as a replacement has failed with the same fault as the previous one, I have carried out all the tests to no avail and am now using my old router from 2014, seems like they don't make them like they used to?

Hub arrived this morning and is working fine,  thanks once again for your help. Will return old  hub in bag supplied.
