WiFi Channels changing

Please can you disable Wifi Optimisation on my WiFi Hub?

 

I have chosen to manually set my channels for both 2.4 and 5Ghz due to the poor signal strength of the WiFi hub compared to a neighbours Plusnet router which has a stronger signal in my house than my own router.

 

However Wifi optimisation keeps changing my settings.  For some strange reason it seems to think I'm better off sharing a channel with 9 other Access Points instead of the one I chose with none.

 

I keep having to move the 2.4ghz channel.  And it would make my life easier without the complaints from "she who must be obeyed".
