Hi

My WiFi Router has just died

 

No Lights on the unit, just a feint buzz when the power supply is attached, can a replacement be sent out please.

 

Posting this via a borrowed router at the moment.

 

Thanks for any help with this.

@Paul80 It is encouraging to see that they have started to supply returns bags along with new routers. Just make sure to keep hold of the proof of postage with the tracking number in case they try to charge you a non-return fee in error.
