I asked for this to be turned off a year ago, which it was. However, it's now back on again, which makes reception in many parts of the house impossible due to congestion. Can you please turn it off again!
It is likely a firmware update has been installed on your router, this will cause Wi-Fi Optimisation to switch back on, the support team here will be able to switch it off for you again when they are back tomorrow.
