Hi Aaron_Campion

Which router are you using? (make and model)

Thanks

Hi @Aaron_Campion,

Wi-Fi interference could possibly be a cause for your devices struggling to connect, however interference would often also cause issues with your Wi-Fi signal when the devices were in use as well.

You can use free smartphone Apps like this to see what channels are being used within range of your smartphone, if it looks like your router is having to fight with other strong signals on the same, or similar, channels you could change your router to use channels that are less congested.

The Support Team here probably won't be around now until Monday, but they should be able to respond to this post early next week to help.
