I switched over from BT Broadband to TalkTalk broadband, with the switchover being today.
Never had a problem with BT, but twice this afternoon the WiFi on the TT Router dropped for about 30 seconds. The internet connection stayed up, as I was streaming a show on Netflix on a Amazon Fire TV. The router showed the correct UpTime, so assume its just a Wifi Issue, as both our phones and laptops lost the connection at the same time.
Not sure if the firmware can be updated on the router (SG4K10001400t), to see if this fixes the issue, as both I and my wife need a stable connection for Work purposes.

Hi @logley welcome to the community your router should auto update over the coming nights, if not please check your community profile and add your landline phone number which is used to identify your account and bump this thread.
