I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach and an engineer visit has been arranged for 11/06/2020 PM (1pm - 6pm)

@Bundyaston, you need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
It may take staff a few days to reach your thread.
