Hi, Just got connected up and all seems good. The only issue is I can't get the hub stand to stay on. I thought there may be a knack to it but now think it may be broken having read some other comments. Can I get sent a replacement? I am currently using rubber bands to hold it together.

I can send a replacement WiFi Hub and a returns bag for your current WiFi Hub so this can be returned.
