Work VPN not working on Wifi Hub but works on Super Router

Hi

 

On my Wifi Hub orange (Fast 5364-3.T8), my work VPN stopped working on Wednesday this week (19/01/2022). However if I plug in my old Super Router (D-Link DSL-3782), it has no problem connecting to my work VPN and connects straight away. I have tried changing the DNS server addresses, which did not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

Many thanks for sending out the Huawei WiFi Hub Black. It arrived yesterday and I connected last night and it had no problem connecting to my work VPN.

The Huawei WIFI hub is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

There seems to be an issue with some routers and VPN since the last Windows patch update on Tuesday.

Until staff can get to you to see if they can fix it, i suggest you use your working router.
