hiya, I have agreed to renew my fibre 35 through the email I received saying my contract was running out, but I have now decided to upgrade to fibre 65 through my account. How can I cancel the Renewal and upgrade instead? I haven't received a confirmation email yet of my renewal. Thanks Ian
