cant get kids boost

hi, new to this,.we have just today changed from fast broadband to fibre. everything working ok but we have no kids boost now. Have done a live chat, got nowhere, then telephoned and was told after a long time that they would ring me back within 72 hours. Kids going crazy here for spongebob. I have tried to go onto more tv and then boosts, it said tv boosts are not available, and then onto my stuff, and message comes on saying something went wrong(TTG-216). My account clearly states that i am paying for this boost but it is not working, getting really fed up with this, can anyone help please

I'm sorry to hear this.


Can you reboot the router and TV box via the button at the back.


Select one of the TV Boost channels from the guide and see if the same error occurs.


Try selecting some boost content from More TV and let me know if the same error occurs here following the reboot of all equipment.


If this still fails, let me know if all boost channels are giving the same error when selecting from the guide or if some of the channels work.
