My contract run out recently costing 25 pounds a month.
I requested new advertised tariff at 20 per month but have just been billed 29.95 pounds.
Any reason I have not been transferred to this?
Have seen a tariff at 23.50 per month, would be happy to accept this.
can you renew for me? Thanks

with the number you supplied i was able to ring and speak to customer service, who very ably were able to switch me to a cheaper tariff, thus saving me money.
