My contract run out recently costing 25 pounds a month.

I requested new advertised tariff at 20 per month but have just been billed 29.95 pounds.

Any reason I have not been transferred to this?

Have seen a tariff at 23.50 per month, would be happy to accept this.
can you renew for me? Thanks

Tony

thank you for your advice.

with the number you supplied i was able to ring and speak to customer service, who very ably were able to switch me to a cheaper tariff, thus saving me money.

i am very grateful to you, thanks again.

Hi @tonyplc,

Renewals can't be processed here on the community, best thing to do would be to phone the

Loyalty team on 0345 172 0046, you would then be able to negotiate the best deal possible.

The live chat team may also be able to assist if you didn't want to phone up.
