Hello,

What device are you running the speed test on? How many devices are connected to the line? Are they all experiencing slow speeds?

Thanks

I've just switched channels and that didn't seem to change the speed at all. still hovering around the 28 to 30 mark..

Hi,

The line test is still clear and the sync speed still looks good. Have you checked a few different wireless channels to see how the speeds compare?

Thanks

Hello,

Are you running the speed tests wired or wireless?

Thanks

Hello,

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. Are you running the speed tests wired or wireless? Did you also try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes as this will reset the current session and can often increase the throughput speed?

Thanks
