Hello, I have an old dlink dsl 3780 router and I would like to set it as a wifi repeater/extender if possible?
My base router is a Huawei hg633. If it's possible please tell me how (in easy to follow instructions).

Thank you for the reply Martin. No that would be impossible to do in my situation. I was hoping it was possible wirelessly.
I wish I had asked sooner it would have saved me hours of different configurations. Looks like I need a dedicated wifi repeater.

That can only be done by connecting the two routers by LAN cable directly OR using powerline adapters to achieve the same.
Is that your plan ?
