eero pro 6 / yale smart alarms

Eero Pro 6 have compatibility issues with Yale Smart Alarms - although both devices connect when wired, the issue arises when it comes alarming the Yale system. The yale system disconnects from the eero hub and doesn't alarm (yellow light shows up on the yale system and the yale app confirms that it can no longer connect to the network). It could be a port issue or the eero has a high firewall threshold that it doesn't recognise the yale system when you set it to alarm. Anyone else have this issue?

OK thanks, did they say that this is a known issue with Yale smart alarms or had they not see this issue before?

Yes, I have. They have tried many scenarios but have no idea as to why it runs into issues when alarming the system. I don't have this issue with other routers only the eero system.
