G'day...
I am about to upgrade from broadband to this faster fibre thing on Monday if all goes well. No change in the router I believe.
I am assured that all will go well and that it will be so easy to set up (I haven't found this to be the case in the past!) so is there anything I should know, be getting ready for, any tips ? Ireally need this to go smoothly but I have to say i am very pessimistic about this based on previous experience. I usually end up hanging on the 'phone to a Talk talk tech guy for three hours !
