so i ordered fiber 150 waited 2 weeks for openreach to turn up to be told i should of been sent a newer router to work with there modem after trying for an hour or so our router wasn't working with it , he told us he would tell talk talk send us one and re-schedule a new visit now i have received  an email saying they are sorry i want to cancel my order , what is going on!

Any ideas anyone ? i did not want to cancel and at no point told anyone to cancel
