Hi, last week i upgraded from normal fibre at 30mbps to the fibre speed boost which was said to give me atleast 60mbps, however this has not seemed to be the case two days into the upgrade i was sent a new router as my speeds didnt change even after unplugging this new router for an hour the line is still around 35mbps. i was wondering if anything can be done to fix my issue.

Thanks for the information
I've just run a line test and your router appears to be in sync now at 78.4Mbps. Is everything looking OK at your end now?

it was through the talktalk website and i also got a sort of confirmation email which said " You'll soon be setup with our Faster Fibre package." but it seems to have not gone through as a bt openreach engineer say the house is still registered as 40 up 10 down, not the new 70 up
