Hi. Just writing this as I am tired of paying for things I am not getting.
Ovear a year and still not getting correct speeds.
Contract : Fibre + fibre boost
What speeds are in this plan? As far as I remember the numbers should oscilate aroung 20Mbit/s upload and 80 Mbit/s download.
My router is never sync for more than:
DS: 56.1 Mbit/s US: 15.0 Mbit/s
Engeener been to my house saying there is all ok, and I suppose if router is syncing at lower speeds its not a issue on "my side".
Need help.
Thanks

Morning rejdzik,
I've run a test on the line which is clear. Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the microfilter and router at the test socket for at least 48hrs so we can see if the speed increases?
Thanks

Hi rejdzik
I'm really sorry to hear this.
Have you added the correct landline number to your Community Profile? (please do not post the number on this thread)
Thanks
Debbie

66MB/s

That is only the estimate.
What does the results show as minimum guaranteed speed, that is the important number.

Service status:
Est. speed: 68 Mb - 74 Mb
Measured speed today: 56 Mb
Router capped at 56MB sync.

Go to SERVICE CENTRE via the Service Status link at the top of the page.
Perform a speed test and then check the graph for your minimum guaranteed speed.
The service can support an absolute maximum of 80/20 but your personal speed depends on the length of the line to the fibre cabinet.
Very few customers will get 80/20 as you have to be very close to the cabinet to do so.
