Hi, when running test i am getting this message, I have also logged ticket via chat. Please can you check what this issue is for me?

 

"We have found an issue

We have identified an issue on our network that could be affecting your connection. We have referred this to a Network Technician who will investigate it as quickly as possible (this can take 2-3 days). The work will be done free of charge and the technician will not need to visit your property. We will contact you on the phone to keep you updated on our work."

 

What information do you need from me to further investigate? thank you

Try to.

You are running a test, unknown/unnamed, and a message appears.

It states your problem will be fixed at no cost to you.

 

TT are not particurlarly speedy in getting engineer visits booked, so without any more info I assume it could be an error / spam since the source is not known.
