Hi, when running test i am getting this message, I have also logged ticket via chat. Please can you check what this issue is for me?

What information do you need from me to further investigate? thank you

You are running a test, unknown/unnamed, and a message appears.
It states your problem will be fixed at no cost to you.
TT are not particurlarly speedy in getting engineer visits booked, so without any more info I assume it could be an error / spam since the source is not known.
