i installed the hub and it was connecting 16mbps when i should get 75mbps. left it a couple of days to see if line sorted itself, it didn't.

done the service check it said speak to an agent. he done some checks problem outside and booked an engineer.

1 hour later openreach turned up and sorted it. now running 75mbps.

happy camper here.
