hi
the line speed i am paying for is fibre 65 but i am only getting about 30mbs
is there some reason for this

The average speed is just a marketing tool as agreed by OFCOM.
You will have been given an individual estimate of your speed range and minimum guaranteed speed when you changed contract.
These are specific to your line and what apply to your contract.
