line speed on test is 30mbs

hi

the line speed i am paying for is fibre 65  but i am only getting about 30mbs 

is there some reason for this

The average speed is just a marketing tool as agreed by OFCOM.

 

You will have been given an individual estimate of your speed range and minimum guaranteed speed when you changed contract.

 

These are specific to your line and what apply to your contract.

average speed it ment to be 65mbs and i get about 30 which is the same as when i was on fibre 35

What is your minimum guaranteed speed ?

 

What does Service Centre or the router report your downstream line rate ?
