Yes I lose both connections
I think it is a WIFI HUB plain black with a blue light which remains on when we have a problem
I turn it off for 10 secs switch it back and everything is OK

Have you tested the line in SERVICE CENTRE ?
Do you lose both WiFi and wired connections ?
What router do you have and what happens to the indicator light(s) when you have the problem.
