moved house, new services set up but no internet, flashing orange light

Recently moved house and the new internet services set up on 28th Sept. However, moved in today and internet is not working, I've plugged in the router properly but just get a flashing orange light, it's been like this for 6 hours now.

 

Any help would be appreciated, I really need the internet up and running by Monday as I work from home.

Have you checked that your phone line is working fine? Check for a dial tone, and it's worth dialling 17070 to check that the number that is read back is what you expect.
