Hi

I am leaving my current address on January and I see my contract with you expires on August.
So, my questions are:

- What do I need to do/provide in order for you to migrate the contract to the new address?

- After the migration is done, do I just need to take the hub from my current home, bring it to the new address, and I am good to go?
- Is there an actual email address and/or a live chat to speak to someone directly? I have been given a link to a "techchat" but the link only sends me to the main page, without an actual live chat option.

- Is there going to be a fee to pay for moving the contract to the new address? How much?

Thanks

@Talko suggest you read this article and the FAQs

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Home-move/ta-p/2205259

Take your HUB regardless.

Home Move fee to take your current contract is £60

If you agree a new fixed term contract at your new address the fee should be waived.

If you want a service that comes over the phone line, check the property actually has one along with a master socket.
