new installation today - no equipment

An Openreach engineer is here currently to install fibre as scheduled but none of the equipment has arrived ahead of time. who can i talk to about getting it delivered?

Hi Debbie, yes it was. i’m sorted for now using a standard router and the CPE is in transit after talking with a support chap the other day.
