Today i lost internet. I did a live connection test and there seems to be a problem between the exchange and my home and given 2 to 3 working days to fix. I work from home so need internet, is there any chance to get this fixed asap?

Sorry been doing catch up today for the lost hours yesterday. Yes Debbie all seems to be working ok. Would like to say thank you for getting the problem fixed in such a short time.
