No sure what is going on with my connection now, very very poor service i am getting on .
I was just under 17mbps for 3 to 4 days and this morning 2 mbps, tested with 2 routers.

Dear Sir.. I have wasted plenty of time with this poor service now.
I bought your service to work for me not I work for it.
i will reconnect to the test socket between 13:00 and 15:00 UK time
This is my LAST chance. if it is not fix fully . I am out from here.

I'm sorry to hear this and I will take a look now. I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential fault. Does your main socket have a test socket? If it does then if possible please can you connect the microfilter, router and phone at the test socket so we can re-run the line test in this set up. Is the voice service also ok with no noise on the line?
